Suggest a good orthopaedic doctor

Hi, I hurt my hips a few months ago while working on hip adductor/ abductor machine. Now my right hip ( it’s more towards the front side of my right hip) hurts sometimes. It’s not flexible to sit cross legged ( charmam padanj irikan) or do squats in some angle. I read about hip flexors. Not sure if it’s the muscle I injured. Anyway, I want to consult a doctor and see if I have to undergo physiotherapy. Please suggest a doctor in Kannur, relevant to this type of situation.
