Restaurant scam in Kochi

Visited two places last month - Paragon fortkochi and Ginger house in Mattanchery. At both these places they had charged us for items we din't order, totaling over 1000 rs. It was so easy to miss with a group of 13, but luckily for us there's this aunt of ours who always go through the bill. And when complained on the same, they dint even take a second to confirm it, they just immediately corrected the bill. I'm finding it kind of hard to believe that it was a just a mistake. Felt like we were being scammed.
