My mom got scammed by a fake Flipkart website, and the cyber police say they are helpess. Any advice?

I’m posting this because I’m not sure what else to do. My mom recently got scammed after she was redirected to a fake Flipkart-like website (https://kitchensmarter.shop/) through a YouTube ad. She thought the site was legit and ended up ordering four items. It’s shocking that such ads are being promoted on YouTube without proper checks. When we realized it was a scam, I contacted cyber cell and provided them with all the details—transaction IDs, screenshots, etc. While they said they would look into it, they also admitted that chances of recovery are slim and said they are “helpless.” The fake website is still up and running, so others are probably falling for the same scam. I feel so frustrated and don’t know what else I can do. Is there anything more I can try to at least recover the money or get the site taken down? Any advice would be really appreciated.
