Koodothram/black magic based board game

My friends and I are avid board gamers, we play a lot of Euro and Ameritrash games. We were brainstorming some themes around board games such the one in Nemesis where you are hunted by aliens, which got me thinking why don't I make a board game that revolves around koodothram after all ouijo board is a trademark of Hasbro. Would that be culturally insensitive to do so. Would you play something like that.
