I want to help "creative & hardworking but jobless youth" to become valuable

We always here the stories of lot of skilled jobless youth in Kerala. I want to help them become useful. It is a new year and if you are lacking direction or don't know the path ahead, feel free to contact me and we can talk. Instead of feeling helpless and hopeless, lets try to fix it. I see many people are stuck with "learned helplessness". When an elephant is young and small, it's tied with a rope. They try their best to run away but fails. As the elephant grows up, it's conditioned to believe that the rope is stronger than it is and that it can't break free. As an adult, the elephant doesn't try to break free because it believes the rope can still hold it.
