Littering in Dattapeetha or Baba budangiri peak

I recently visited Dattapeetha, i remember my last visit there about 5 yrs ago and that was my best impression of the place, the weather, the views, etc. Now when I get there, the view of amazing and the weather gets changed which is a unique experience altogether but I got shocked to see the entire hill (first view point after the shrine) is covered with plastic covers, papers and whatnot. Literally no regulation in place. I could not believe the crowd is all coming in so much and don't ever mention the locals, they do half of the littering there. Damn, also in my recent visit to Dharmasthala, same thing in the road sides. I can imagine in few years what will be the condition of these tourist spots.
