I have a 2BHK independent floor to rent out, its semifurnished.I am ready to rent out to bachleors/family Location: Kalaynpur,Kanpur. List of aminitites to be provided: -RO -Single Bed in both rooms(bedding you have to bring in) -Fan/lights -Wifi (will be installed after one month) -One Chair-Table set if required -Invertor backup -Ample space for two wheeler and four wheeler -Gas stove and kitchen utensils on request I am expecting 5k/room (including electricity charges) or 10k for complete 2bhk(electricity charges not included) For more details please DM
