For People dealing with anxiety/depression

Hi Folks, I can see a lot of people dealing with anxiety, depression, overthinking issues these days. I am writing this post to let you guys know that you can reach out to me if you need any help. I am not a mental health professional but i have dealt with clinical depression in my life and might be able to help you by giving you some resources or by just simply listening to you (I know people are lonely these days and need someone to just listen to them).
