I am a 21 Year Old Female but recently I have been experiencing a sudden spurge in the number of White hairs on my scalp. Which doctor to consult for this issue ?

I am also a Type-1 Diabetic for the past 13 years so maybe it's a hormonal issue . But the problem has aggravated since past 2 years or so , and now I am a bit worried. Please name some good doctors in the city to consult for my problem.

Good Hotels near the Metro

I'm coming to Kanpur soon, Can someone suggest good \[atleast 3 star\] hotels with a budget of 3000 INR per room per night which is at a walking distance from the metro line? I tried searching a lot, but a bunch of the hotels either had no reviews or hotels with a bunch of 5 star ones and a couple 1 star reviews calling them fake.
