Need help with piercing

i want to get a helix piercing in my ear but I'm sceptical because a lot of places are shady in kanpur, is there any proper, clean place in kanpur that uses new needles for piercing, let me know if any of you have the piercing, what's your experience, i have attached a picture to be sure regarding the type of piercing
