Found these uncles working hard in front of my hostel

I found these uncle's working all day long in front of my hostel I was standing on my railing then one of them of uncle asked me "time" so I told him and we talked only for a minute I wanted to talk more but I have the problem with communication skills so I wouldn't be able to take it further. Today is 7 February and I think they are painting for Shivratri which is on 26 February so preparation for the same are going on.
