Need advice and job referals

Hi, I have completed diploma in Mechanical engineering and passed out in 2019. I got placement in L&T technology services. I was part of sourcing team and doing documentation works for our customers. After 3.5 years, I got the opportunity in the manufacturing industry as i wanted to do more practical things rather than only documentation work. I am currently working as a customer quality engineer in a glass bottle manufacturing company but i don't want to continue in this sector as there are not many options for switching the company. Please advise what should i do to change my working sector so that i can get growth opportunity and make switches on regular intervals also. For any job referrals, please dm me.
