Why does 🅱️llen want my JEE application form?

I bought an 🅱️llen test series backing july and I've been giving their tests regularly, recently there was a popup showing when I launched their website that asked me to upload my JEE form. I just closed that popup and continued with my work. Now they've made it mandatory to upload it if I want to continue giving tests, that too 12 days before the main exam. Now I know they are doing it so they can hog credit if I do well in JEE. My question is: is this legal and if yes should I upload it or not?(ps I'm not an 🅱️llen student and didn't learn a single thing from them I just paid ₹5000 and bought their series last year, so they really don't deserve any credit if I do well).
