which is easiest good NIT to get into?

which is the easiest good NIT to get into? and how much percentile is required for it?? im aiming for mechanical engineering. Also, how much percentile would I be able to get in mains second attempt if I prepare well for boards specifically but I do jee previous papers right after boards get over (march 11 for me). thank you for reading and please help me out 🙏
