Physics doubt

According to the notes my coaching sir has given in standing waves there is energy trnasfer from nodes to anti nodes but in this question it is given on all sites ki maximum energy is at nodes and minimum is at antinodes...wht shld i take as the correct answer here?? https://www.doubtnut.com/qna/16002499
