Need genuine suggestion

My physics syllabus is fully done, only ray optics remaining, suggest me a Bestt one shott or sm else which could suffice mains quess plss :( And also how can Improve maths yrr😭 Am getting around 70-80 in both phy chem each but maths am just at 16-20 T_T
