JEE or UPSC

I am currently in class 11th , thinking about doing JEE but parents are saying to do UPSC after 12th what should I do?? I was topper of 10th class (97.17 % state board rbse ) so parents sochte h ki m upsc crack kar sakta hu M class 11 m dummy hu aur board wise 11th ka syllabus approx complete hai kya mujhe jee k liye try karna chahiye aur clg Milne k baad upsc krne ka koi chance h???
