is 75-80%ile possible from now

This year has been the worst year of my life. I had several health issues, then death of a family member, then I was diagnosed with dengue( was admitted in hospital for 12 days), and then I had to shift to another city, and I couldn’t study anything. Now it feels like everything is over for me. I want to score 75-80%ile(not sc/st) so that at least I can get admission in a pvt college with management quota. Is 75-80%ile possible from now? Or should I just accept that I won’t be able to do anything in this life. This jee is killing me from inside, i just want to get over with it, kisi bhi college me dafa ho jaunga. Par ab thoda time mila hai to socha ki let’s just try to do something. I know that with only 40 days left I won’t be able to do anything but still there is nothing wrong in hoping. I had lot of dreams but life gave me reality check this year.
