I m scared

I m in 11th rn . My session is abt to end n I'll start 12th in 2025 and I'll give my jee in 2026 . Ppl say that it's too early for me to start worrying abt jee n pressurising myself abt it but I m scared shitless . I have no clarity of my concepts of 11th and I don't think I'll be able to cope with all the syllabus of 12th ..... I m so scared that I keep wanting to give up . How am I supposed to deal with this anxiety?
