I feel like I'm going to kms

I've edited the result to 83%ile just to show my fatjer and I'm feeling very guilty. Just after sometime he sent me that NTA message which said my NTA score is 41 he didn't say anything. I'm thinking he doesn't onow what that mean I'm feeling so pathetic. Bs marne ka mn kr rha hai janse result aya hai sirf padh rha hun. Is there any hope left for me? P.S- Main maths me sare option C mare the (tukke) Aur mere 10 marks bn bhi rhe the IDK why I got 2%ile. Can someone explain
