Help please

25 dropper here I have worked hard throughout the year ,but have never scored good in tests or mocks. Always used to think agle test se improve krungi but har test me same haalat rhti thi and wo krte krte Dec aagya or ab agle mahine mains hai. The best im scoring is 120. Please help me if you can. Can I Really do something abhi bhi??
