Help me to get 99%ile

I am 18F and a dropper in my jan attempt I scored only 29%ile but I fucked by lieing to everyone that I have scored 89%ile my parents were still happy . So I lied because my sister has gave her C.A foundation 1st attempt this year and her results are awaited and my father expect a lot from us and if I would tell the truth he would have got disappointed and I didn't wanted to disapoint him so i lied and now I am worrying that how would I score more than 89%ile. Please someone help me , I really need some help If someone can help please talk to me personally please be genuine I don't have time to figure out who is genuine and who is not.....
