Do I qualify for DASA?

I’m an Indian national residing in US from the past 2 years. I’ve decided to pursue engineering in India for next intake. I did my grade 11 and 12 from US under a foreign school board. I do not hold citizenship or PR card of US. Do I qualify for DASA?
