ADVICE HELP pls

i have gotten into a habit of checking each and every one of my answers immediately after doing a question so whenever I do not have the ability to check the answer immediately (like during tests or even when I try to not check the answer immediately ) i get extremely anxious and make a lot of mistakes which I usually don't make , especially in chemistry. how do i fix this ?
