VMC NSP or Allen Punjabi Bagh

Hi, currently in 10th, want to start my coaching next year for jee. Which coaching would be better? I actually went to both of these coachings myself yesterday. here are some points: Allen Punjabi Bagh: 4 days per week Minor tests every month, major tests every 3 months VMC: 3 days per week Jee like(90ques) tests every month if anybody is from the following coachings , please DM me!
