Should I increase hours of study or decrease it?

Hey everyone. My shift is on 24 January. Should I increase my study hours, so that I can revise and solve questions as more as I can or should I decrease it, so that I have a fresh mindset and relaxed brain. I don't know as I am getting multiple opinion. Every advice is appreciated 🙏
