Visiting with girlfriend in March - Need guidance!

Hi, my girlfriend and I will be visiting Jaipur for 3 days in March. We will reach on the morning of the 21st, leaving on the afternoon of the 24th, we will be staying in Civil Lines. I would love if you guys would suggest the best places to go to (monuments, etc; especially photogenic ones since my she loves photography), best food outlets (we are both vegetarian and both love spicy food), the likes. Would also love travel advice (like auto or uber/ola, what areas to avoid, how hot it is going to be, etc) Thanks in advance!
