Tried new food in the process of evolving myself

Today, after 20 years of being a pure vegetarian, I finally tried non-veg for the first time! I decided to go with chicken nuggets since they seemed like a safe and easy option—small pieces and didn’t really look like chicken. At first, it felt a bit awkward, but I gave it a shot. Honestly, it tasted like a mix of the softness of paneer and the chewy texture of soya chunks. Not bad at all! Now, I want to explore more but keep it simple—boneless dishes within a budget of 100-150. And just to be clear, this was completely my decision; I wasn’t forced. I’ve always wanted to explore different cuisines (I even dreamt of being a chef once) and thought it was time to overcome this mental block. I’m not planning to eat non-veg regularly, but I’ll definitely try something new here and there, especially since I love traveling and options can get pretty limited. Got any suggestions?
