Thadi smokers hazardous for small kids

Hi everyone! I want to ask you guys what I am thinking is right or not.. Or if I can do anything about it I live in a society in Jagatpura and outside that society is a Thadi (tea stall) where people smoke also .. Now this thadi is increasing in size day by day . Earlier it was just a saras ka thadi now its a huge smoking zone . And last time I checked smoking in public is illegal in India. Now my problem is not with the smokers that their choice but that thadi shares a wall with my society and behind that is children’s park. Small kids under 10 play there as they are more attracted to swings and slides and they are passively smoking .. I stay there with my kid and the smell is unbearable.. 20 people smoking together , the amount of smoke it creates and all of that comes inside to the kids.. Please share can I complain about it to someone? What can be done?
