Skit collage jaipur jagatpura

I live very close to SKIT college, but nobody here talks to me. My friend and I keep roaming around alone. I thought of making some friends, but I don't know what the problem is; people seem to have a strange attitude. It's not like I just want to talk to girls or anything, but if I've come all the way from Jaipur, at least there should be some interaction with people here.
