Should i wish her ? Give your opinion.

I interacted with a senior girl during CSE mains 24 , I asked her TG id so that i can get my doubts sorted with regards to preparation as she has reached interview stage in one of her previous attempts. Recently i was going through CSE non-recommended candidates list and i got know that her birthday falls in 1st week of march & i want to wish her in good faith but i want to know that will it come across as creepy ? \- some more context - • Till now she has only replied to my academic queries & none of us have initiated conversation on any other matters. • She is atleast 4 years senior to me. • I wished her on diwali to which she replied after 2 days but in a good tone. • I respect her and also know that nothing can happen between us yet i want to wish her , should I ?
