Should we postpone kite flying to next weekend or something?

Came home to Jaipur after a long time. Got really excited to celebrate sankranti with kites but from yesterday this weather has just sucked out the whole excitement around this festival. Don't know it will be back to normal by 14th or not. If it happens then I guess the next weekend should see more people flying kites because of this dull weather. What say jaipurites?
