New Year's Eve Events in Jaipur

Hi everyone, will be in Jaipur for New Year's Eve with a group that also has teenage youth. As we are travelling through various parts of India, we will only have casual attire, so something like an family open air event with countdown and fireworks sounds appealing over a formal hotel event. Typically in Canada, we are used to just going to a public square gathering with free music and fireworks.  I did research to find Nahargarh Fort has fireworks, however does that require purchasing admission to the dinner/dance? Or can we just see the fireworks at the Fort? I read Amber Fort has an open air program but charges head for a dinner as well. Do I need to adjust my expectations or anyone have any advice on what to do with our group?
