Nee help from Doctors! help your fellow Jaipurite .

So I am student studying outside Jaipur. My attendance is short can a doctor make me a medical bill where I wa admitted in hospital and the bill is around 40-60 k for 10 days so that i can appear on the exams because 75% is mandatory. I will pay GST of the order.
