Help required for a friends family emergency.

Hey asking for a friend. So my friends father passed away today morning and she will only be able to reach Jaipur by evening today. So the last rites will be tomorrow only. It's been almost 6 hours to the time of death. Now they stay in an apartment on the 11th floor(top floor) and have two flats there.and space is not an issue but, Now they said that the body freezer cask won't be able to go up as there is no service lift and cannot be tilted and taken thru stairs. I know for a fact it can be carried thru the stairs with additional labour etc. Would any local here kindly check a d let me know about the same. And if possible give me the contact of the service provider who would be willing to do this and obviously extra cost.
