Moving to Jaipur. Where to stay?

Will be moving to Jaipur in a month or two. Which area should I search for? Req- 1bhk furnished with bike parking (car parking is optional, mil gyi toh bahut badhiya) Marital status - Married bt will live alone for a while. Might bring a dog along. Preference - house with angan but flat will do too. Budget - not so much of an issue. Area - civilized (iykyk) and secure Religion - dunno whether it matters in Jaipur bt I am Hindu.
