JVVNL New electricity Connection timelines

Hello Everyone, Hope you're well, how long does it take for new connection to be installed from jvvnl. Also, does anyone know how to get hold of someone to fast track the process. Bought a new house but can't use it until connection is done for. Bhankrota office is handling it. Many thanks.
