Infamous Place to explore in Jaipur (Read body)

Coming to Jaipur this weekend, can anyone suggest some not-so-famous places (but worth exploring) to make my trip memorable? In Jaipur for 3 days so I have a lot of time to explore the city and places or any local cafes or food stalls. Thanks in advance!
