I want to open a clothing shop can you help?

Greetings everyone, I don't want people to waste their time so I will keep it short. I drop out from college as i wasn't a studious person and got a part time job while preparing for civil services exam. Now I plan to open a clothing shop as I want to start a business which i owe mysell.I am planning to get a small loan for funds to start my shop. I don't have any idea how to start my shop Neither I know how to gets goods. If anybody can help me please do. And i will be posting some queries in future so help me in future too. Things I need help with which I think I should know: 1. How to pick a good place for shop and how much should rent I pay? 2. How to get shop ready with shelves and other things? 3.
