How can I find my deleted YouTube Channel?🥹

Brothers, I need some help. I don’t know much about these things, and I haven’t found a solution for this issue for the past three years. I was asking ChatGPT about it, but it also said it couldn’t do anything. The matter is that three years ago, I had a YouTube channel where I uploaded BGMI/PUBG shorts. I had uploaded over 100 videos, and the channel had more than 100 subscribers. I don’t want ownership of the channel; I just want to get it back so I can download the public posts to my device. That channel has a lot of memories, and I don’t want to lose them. Three years ago, I was scammed. Someone used the Find My Device app to factory reset my phone. I managed to recover many things but couldn’t recover that email. One of the shorts on that channel had a strike or restriction that said something like "This video is restricted in Russia and Belarus." Maybe because of that, the channel got deleted after some time. At that time, I had added a recovery number, but now it’s no longer available or accessible. I remember what the recovery number was, but it’s no longer in service. I have some information about the channel. If anyone who understands these things can help me recover that email or find and reactivate the channel through YouTube’s team, I’d be very grateful. There’s only one copyright strike on that channel, and if the video needs to be removed, that’s fine. I just want the remaining videos to be intact.
