Finding a PG near Bani Park plus other things.

Hello, beautiful people of Jaipur! I am shifting to Jaipur next week and need a good boys' PG or a 1RK flat near Bani Park. If anyone has any leads, please let me know. And is a PG a good choice, or should I go with a 1RK? Also, is there any other information I should consider while shifting to Jaipur? (Hey mods, please don't delete this. I did not get an answer when I posted it in the threads as you mentioned, so I'm posting it here.)
