Coming to Jaipur and Bishangarh

Hi guys, I'll be coming to Jaipur and Bishangarh for few days for an event. As a mumbaikar, I have very low cold tolerance, please tell me how cold it is there and what do I need to carry (thermals, ear muffs, or just a coat is enough) Also I have half a day to explore jaipur - I love shopping for indian wear and jewellery in general and I'll be soon starting my own jewelry brand. If you have any markets suggestions that would be great
