Apartment rates in Jaipur (C Scheme/Civil Lines/Bani Park)

Hi - my husband and I want to invest in an apartment in Jaipur. This is primarily for residential purposes for sometime and perhaps in the future to rent out if we move out of Jaipur. What can I expect for a 3 bhk apartment in C scheme/Bani Park or Civil Lines?
