Why aren't influencers honest?

The woman in the picture clearly has lip filler. Anyone who knows what fillers look like would get it. I also know the video isn't sponsored, so I guess it's fine. But atleast be honest with your audience and tell them that your lips look blurred partly because of your filler. Not because of the blur pot you're reviewing. "Meri lip lines kaha gayi?"
