Extremely disappointed with this Instagram store. I paid in advance for a custom artwork to include my late father in my wedding photos, hoping to surprise my family. The delivery was promised on December 7th, but I’ve received no updates since then. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, the seller has ignored me while continuing to post daily stories and feedback, creating the illusion of a reliable service. This is not just about money—it’s about the emotional weight behind the request, which they completely disregarded. False advertising and unprofessional behavior. I urge others to please stay away from this account.
