MFT (myflowertree) running a total scam, lying and making false delivery claims.

Didn't know where to post this so I'm posting this here. Recently ordered flowers from myflowertree.com for 7th Feb as they promised same-day delivery. It's been two days since! They've been making bogus claims about the phone being unreachable (the guy i sent it to has been recieving calls from other people all day) and they've been saying the address is unreachable (no other delivery partner has ever faced this issue). They've been refusing to refund, and keep delaying it. They ruined a major day and they're running a total scam.
