Help getting my money back please!

I placed an order with pak_couturee and tried to cancel it immediately as who i was ordering for didn’t like it , but they said it’s against their policy. I went ahead with the order, but now they’re not responding to any of my messages. It’s been more than 10 days and I’m starting to feel ghosted. I’ve attached a screenshot for context. What should I do? Would a chargeback work, or is there another way to handle this? Any advice is appreciated!
