Scammers - VidyaClothingg (Instagram business)

Hi guys, my mother bought a suit from Vidya Clothing (Facebook followers- 154K, Instagram followers- 2.6k) on 4th December and it breaks my heart that despite having this big audience she is still scamming people. Also, most of her customers are from tier-2/3 cities who might not have any means to tell others about all this. I have been trying to contact her through calls and trail of messages but all i am getting is ‘please wait’. Despite multiple requests from past 20 days i am not getting any update regarding the refund from the store. I sincerely request you all to please help me get my money back.
