Does anybody has any idea who she is and who was her (ex) husband?

So this same reel has popped on my page thrice now, and I saw a comment saying “don’t tell me you guys have separated, I’m not ready for this”. What’s going on? Was this couple somehow famous or very well known that I’m not aware of? And WHO was her husband?
