Need help with unpaid failed challan

Hello, I got a challan in nov for not wearing helmet. I did procrastinate for sometime but in mid dec I tried to pay that but their site was so bad that my payment ended up getting cancelled due to some error(may be due to my selection but it gave an error on paytm and failed). Now since then it is showing payment status as pending and I am not able to pay now. What are my options now?
